By opting in to receive SMS messages from Safe Haven, you agree to the following terms:

You may receive SMS messages related to Safe Haven services and operations, including but not limited to:

  • Advocacy or service-related communication

  • Appointment reminders

  • Follow-up messages

  • Program or event-related notifications

  • General two-way communication with Safe Haven staff

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with Safe Haven.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting STOP. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enroll.

Business Hours

SMS messages are monitored and responded to Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (CT), excluding holidays. Messages received outside of business hours will be responded to during the next business day.

If this is an emergency, please call 911 immediately.
If you are in crisis and need to speak with an advocate, please call 715-526-3421.  This is not a crisis line.  This line is to only follow up directly with your advocate.
